I've worked in fundraising now for over thirteen years, for SMILE, for almost three, and still have a real passion for making a difference in the world.

The best thing about my job is seeing the fundraisers who I've trained, and helped, succeed and grow as people. The role Fundraising Manager allows me to do this every day.

Outside of work I enjoy writing, cooking, watching sport (Any will do!), and relaxing with my wife and daughter.
