I have worked in the fundraising industry for nearly 13 years and still enjoy it as much as I did the day I started. I started at SMILE over 4 years ago as a fundraising manager and the best part of the role is seeing fundraisers develop, gain new skills and grow as people not only in their career but in their lives.

I have recently taken another step-up managing recruitment for the company. I love recruiting new and talented fundraisers and making such a huge difference not only to their lives but to the charities we represent. One of my biggest passions is creating great cultures that fundraisers want to be a part of.

Outside of work I have a 3-year-old son who fills my days with so much joy and happiness. Life is good!
