My names Will, started out at SMILE with no experience at all and as my first full time job. Quickly found a real love for not only fundraising but also the amazing people.

I have worked my way up through the company’s progression, to now running the Leicester office (Awarded top office 2022). Never would’ve thought the job I got to save up for a holiday to see my girlfriend in America, would 6 years later, be allowing me to pay for our wedding together.

The National Autistic Society, because my brother and several others I’m close to are on the spectrum, some have even directly accessed NAS services after I found out about them through working on the campaign.
