My fundraising journey began over 15 years ago, and it’s taken me through every side of the sector. From setting up my own fundraising company, to managing an office in-house for the British Red Cross, to now working with Smile, fundraising has been a constant thread throughout my career.

I spent a few years living in Spain, which gave me a fresh perspective, but it didn’t take long for me to realise that working with and helping people is where I do my best work. Happy to be back in the sector.

What I enjoy most is being part of a supportive, driven team and helping others build confidence, develop their skills, and progress in their own careers. Seeing people grow is just as rewarding as raising money for the great causes we represent.

Outside of work, I’m big on magic, keeping fit, and anything that keeps me active and learning.
